If I had a penny for every time a typical male thought about having orgasms, I could have retired years ago. Any guy will tell you that few acts are worthy of as much attention. These intense moments are given prime mental air time, but most men have no idea of their full orgasmic potential. Climax is not to be under-rated but the whole thing passes by in about 7 seconds. Surely the divine forces that conceived erotic bliss had something better in mind when inventing the male sexual experience.

Gentlemen, what if you could have more and longer orgasms each time? Doesn’t that sound sweeter than Christmas cookies?

Generally orgasm and ejaculation are considered to be the same experience. But as my professional ancestors, the physicians of ancient China, noted, these are two very different events produced by the male body. They may happen together or, with training a man may separate them. Two plus millenium later, the new Kinsey Institute Report on Human Sexuality finally revealed to the world that this was indeed the case. Ejaculation need not occur for a man to experience the deep joy or sexual climax.

Multiple orgasms burst forth when a man cultivates his staying power, learning to surf on the crest of pleasure. Rather than climbing strait to the top of his pleasure scale, jumping off into post ejaculatory bliss, a man must learn to control his ejaculation. Once that precious seed leaves his body, well, he is just asleep.

You can lower your biological age by bringing more stamina into your body
through sexual play. The vitality that keeps us alive is intertwined
with sexual strength. The more vitality generated in the bedroom, the
more that’s available to live your life.

Likewise, if you waste your life force in the bedroom with unskilled sex, the weaker you become
generally. While sexual ecstasy inspires the body to function at its best, sexual frustration propels people into old age.

If you can’t remember, shame on you! It probably made your knees go weak AND brightened your whole day. I ask my patients and audiences which family member gets the first hug or kiss when they get home at the end of the day. IT’S USUALLY THE DOG.

Be sure to make it a wet, juicy kiss. Ancient Chinese physicians considered the saliva of one’s lover to be a health elixir. Kisses that exchange bodily fluids strengthen the kissers. And the more tongue action the better. The tongue is an extension of the heart. Touching tongues allows hearts to touch. Opening the mouth increases our appetite for greater closeness.

They used physiognomy, facial feature reading, to determine many personality characteristics yet undeveloped. This is how future compatibility was assessed between the toddling bride and groom to be. Genital size and shape were also features read on the face. If their cooing children were not going to be a good fit, all the money in the world would not convince parents to push ahead with the match. Sexual compatibility was paramount. Without a glorious sex life between spouses, the marriage would not be strong. If the marriage were not strong, the family would weaken. Weak families made for ineffectual communities and how could any culture survive its enemies if all within was not steadfast. Good sex was a primary cause for social stability, while lousy sex brought violence and unrest in society as a whole.

Amazingly enough, our culture doesn’t acknowledge the need to cultivate a great sex life. Gourmet erotic adventures are supposed to happen automatically, delivered up hot, like pizza. We put sixty-plus hours a week into starting our own businesses or 40-plus hours into other peoples’ businesses. Researchers tell us that Americans make love for less than an hour a week over the course of a lifetime. This means it gets less time than you put into sitting on the toilet.

Nor are we trained with the skills to make it worth doing. Sex education is usually about the physiology of conception. You get to learn about this intimate subject with all the other 6th graders in your class. But then your friend’s girl friend is pregnant and you get to hear how he made that happen. Now that is quality education!

Please share your insights, thoughts and questions with me below.

The holiday seasons is usually a time when health and sex fly out the window, and these are among my favorite topics, so I want you to be able to enjoy an abundance of both of them during the holidays. If we were going to make this holiday season different, if we are going to make it exceptional by giving you more vitality and more energy, by making joy easier to come by, and by enlivening your intimate and romantic life – what would we do? We need to look at strategies for staying healthy and for monitoring your stress level.

In terms of your health and vitality, we know a lot about how stress really accentuates the possibility for illness. An interesting study was done by the television show “NBC Dateline” and Prevention magazine, in which 41% of the people interviewed said the holidays were as stressful as a job interview, i.e., very stressful. What’s interesting about that is we don’t really think about our stress levels accentuating during the holidays because it’s just par for the course. But the truth is we often do experience accelerated stress levels which has a substantial effect on our bodies.

Dr. Simon Rego at the Albert Einstein College of Medicine has written extensively on the effect of stress and disease, and there are other physicians who have written on this. It has really become a prominent topic in the medical lexicon. There is a direct correlation, so if we’re going to stay healthy it’s because we’re going to lower our stress levels and monitor ourselves just a little bit. There are small, specific steps that can be taken that will have tremendous effect on immune system, sex drive, and vitality.

Coming up in Healthy Body During the Holidays Part 2, we will explore how stress specifically affects health and sexual vitality, and what small steps you can take to improve vitality, energy, and stamina during the stressful holiday season!
